By the end of this webinar, Servicers will be able to; enter and manage Forbearance and Repayment Plan requests in Resolve, create, upload and submit a single or multiple loan file via the User Interface or UI and review actionable messages to correct requests, cancel, or submit for exception review, as applicable.
